摘要
对修正B31G方法进行了简要回顾。应用有限元分析软件ANSYS,对带有交叠缺陷的腐蚀管线的剩余强度进行了有限元分析,分析中考虑了材料非线性和几何非线性。得出了腐蚀区应力随载荷变化的历程曲线,以及腐蚀区尺寸对剩余强度的影响,并对模型的失效压力进行了预测。将预测结果与工业上使用最广泛的B31G准则预测的结果进行了比较,证明用此方法对腐蚀管线的剩余强度进行评估是可行的,并且得到了一些有参考价值的结论。
This paper presented the review of B31G and used ANSYS, a kind of general software,to analyze the residual intensity of corroded pipelines containing ovedapping volume defects with FEA method, by taking the immense deformation effects and stress stiffening effects into consideration. The correlation curves of the stress in a corroded area as the load grows and the effect regulations of geometrical parameters on residual intensity were obtained. Then, the failure pressure could be predicted, The paper compared the predicted failure pressure with the B31G, which is the most prevalent evaluation criterion. The results indicate that this method is feasible for evaluating the residual intensity of the con'oded pipeline and some referential conclusion is drawn.
