摘要
采用V(浓硝酸)+V(高氯酸)=4+1混酸溶解消化样品,用火焰原子吸收光谱法对芦笋果实中K、Mg、Ca、Na、Fe、Zn、Mn、Cu和Co 9种微量元素进行了分析测定,研究了测定不同元素仪器的最佳工作条件、方法的准确性和精密度。结果表明,芦笋果实中Ca、Mg、K、Cu、Fe、Zn、Mn、Na和Co含量分别为0.107、1.228、46.536、0.001、0.088、0.017、0.298、0.382、0.022 mg.g-1,方法回收率(n=7)在98.1%~102.2%之间,RSD值(n=7)在0.20%~1.05%,该法快速、简单,准确度和精密度均较好,能达到分析要求。
The nine microelements in fruit of Asparagus officinalis Linn were determined by FAAS. The sample was digested with V(HNO3)+V(HClO4)=4+1 before determination. The work conditions, accuracy and precision of the method were studied. The experimental results show that the content of Ca, Mg, K, Cu, Fe, Zn, Mn, Na and Co were 0. 107, 1.228, 46.536, 0.001, 0.088, 0.017, 0.382, 0.022, 0.298mg·g^-1. Therecovery(n=7) is98.1% 102.2%, RSD(n=7) is 0.20% -1.05%. The method has great precision and accuracy so that it is able to reach requirements for analysis.
