摘要 岩溶地区河流、湖泊等水体下隧洞工程的设计和施工是水利水电工程项目的难点之一,帷幕灌浆是岩溶地区水下隧洞防渗减漏的主要手段。以南水北调(东线)穿黄探洞应急加固帷幕灌浆工程为例,先简述了岩溶地区水下隧洞帷幕灌浆主要设计、涌水处理方法,然后通过灌浆质量检查及其效果评价来说明其合理性,最后提出了岩溶地区帷幕灌浆施工中应注意的一些问题,旨在对该探洞的二期扩挖及一般岩溶地区帷幕灌浆工程提供可借鉴的经验。 Design and construction of tunnel under the water, such as river and lake, in karst area, is one of difficulties of hydraulic and electric project. Curtain grouting is a main method of preventing and reducing water-seepage through the karst system. Taking the curtain grouting of tunnel exploration being consolidated as an example, passing through the Yellow River as a part of South-North Water Transfer (the Eastern Line), firstly the author indicated the main design of curtain grouting, and the methods of reducing water-seepage in the under-water tunnel in karst region, which are reasonable demonstrated by quality examination and analyses of grouting result. Finally several leading problems of design and construction in under-water tunnel in karst area are discussed and in order to provide helpful experience for restart excavating of the tunnel and curtain grouting in general karst region.
