中心筒底部缩口斜切对循环流化床锅炉旋风分离器性能的影响 被引量:6

Influence of Edge-sloped Bottom Contraction of Cyclone Separator's Vent-pipe on the Latter's Performance in Circulating Fluidized Bed Boilers

摘要 旋风分离器是保证循环流化床锅炉具有一定颗粒循环倍率、燃烧效率、脱硫效率的关键设备。针对中心筒底部缩口斜切旋风分离器的分离效率问题进行了实验研究和数值模拟。结果发现,该种分离器的效率随分离器入口风速的提高而提高,这一结果与传统(直筒中心筒)旋风分离器类似;中心筒底端切口的朝向对分离效率有很大的影响:当切口朝向为90°时,分离效率达到最大值;当切口朝向为270°时,分离效率最小。另外,由于切口可以与分离器内部流场相协调,使得该分离器的分离效率基本上都高于传统旋风分离器,计算结果和实验结果吻合得较好。 Cyclone separators are the key equipment for warranting that circulating fluidized bed boilers have a certain particle circulation rate, with good combustion and desulfurization efficiency. Experimental investigation and numerical simulation were carried out to clarify the separation efficiency of cyclone separators which have vent pipes with edgesloped bottom contractions. Results show that the efficiency of these separators increase with the gas velocity at separators inlet, just like conventional separators (with cylindrical vent pipes), but the direction of the oblique cut at the cut at the vent pipe' s bottom has a remarkable effect on separation efficiency, which becomes maximal when the cut is 90° directed and minimal when 270° directed. Moreover, because the oblique cut can be made to harmonize with the flow field within the separator, the separation efficiency of such separators fundamentally exceeds that of conventional ones. Calculation results agree relatively well with experimental results. Figs 8, tables 3 and refs 14.
