摘要
随着信息时代的到来，数字化、标准化、网络化作业已进入医学影像界并迅速发展，伴随着新的数字化影像技术应用于临床，医学影像诊断设备的网络化已逐步成为影像科必然发展趋势。同时在客观上要求医学影像诊断报告书写要数字化，标准化，规范化。因此，建设医学影像图像存储与通讯系统（Picture archiving and communication system,PACS）实现医学影像诊断设备的网络化，诊断报告书写的计算机化，标准化，规范化。将大大提高工作效率及管理水平，提高影像科在临床医学中的地位和作用，从而推动医学影像科医生工作模式的变革。
With the advent of the information era, digitalization, standardization and nctworklization work have been applied and gain development rapidly in medical imagcology.Thc nctworklization of medical diagnostics unit has become an inevitable tendency in the medical imaging department step by step.At the same time, the medical imaging diagnosis report must have digitalization , standardization and normalization. Therefore, the construction of PACS will not only result in the nctworklization of medical diagnostics unit ,but also the digitalization, standardization and normalization of imaging diagnosis report, which prompting the work mode reform of medical imaging department, not only can improve work efficiency and administration level ,but the position and role of imaging department in the clinical medicine.
