摘要
针对国内配电网网络模型及拓扑频繁发生变化的情况,提出了描述配电网图形、网络拓扑及设备生命周期动态变化处理过程的红黑图机制。给出了红黑图机制中图形状态、拓扑模型、设备投运状态的概念以及它们之间的关系。从数据模型、数据实体、图形版本、网络拓扑、应用实现等方面阐述了红黑图机制的实现原理。南京供电公司配电网管理系统红黑图机制与地理信息系统(GIS)共同完成闭环流程控制,使用情况表明,红黑图机制真实反映了配电网网络模型动态变化的全过程,能够满足调度日常工作要求。
The red and black mechanism of the process of dynamic change in the graph, network topology and equipment life cycle in the distribution network is proposed to cope with the frequent change of the model and topology for distribution networks in China. The concept and relation of the graph state, topology model, equipment operation state in red and black mechanism is described. The realization principle of red and black mechanism is expounded with respect to the data model, data entity, graph version, network topology and application realization. The closed-loop flow control between GIS and DMS based on the red and black mechanism is implemented in Nanjing Power Supply Company. The application results show that the red and black mechanism truly reflects the process of the dynamic distribution network change while satisfying the day-to-day requirements of the dispatchers.
