摘要
双凸极电机是20世纪90年代提出的一种新型交流调速电机,由于对其特性研究不多,目前该种电机的应用还很有限。本文以12/8极永磁式双凸极电机(DSPM)为研究对象,以有限元法对电机内电磁场分析结果为基础,运用理论分析及系统稳态运行仿真模型,对永磁式双凸极电机的机械特性进行了初步研究,将机械特性曲线划分为三个区域加以分析。研究结果表明:区域2内特性曲线最硬,区域1、3内特性曲线均较软。在一台原理样机上进行了试验验证,试验结果和理论分析及仿真之间有很好的一致性。
Doubly salient permanent magnet motor(DSPM) is a novel electromechanical controllable AC variable speed system presented in 1990's. As there are no sufficient researches on the motor, its appliances are limited. In this paper, for a 12/8 poles DSPM, based on field flux and inductance characteristics worked out by finite element analysis method (FEA), a simulation model for computing steady characteristics of DSPM system was constructed in Matlab environment. By applying the simulation model, a mechanical characteristic curve for DSPM could be obtained at a certain bar voltage and current limit. Then the curve was disjoined into three sections, and the characteristic of section Ⅱ is the most hard, the characteristics of section Ⅰ and section Ⅲ are softer. A detailed analysis on these three sections is given. And this conclusion is verified by test.
