摘要
本文介绍了焦炉工艺流程和压力控制系统结构,并基于过程机理推导了集气管压力变化过程的数学模型,对该数学模型进行了分析,并提出了解偶的控制算法,最后介绍了实现该过程的DCS网络结构和控制效果。
The technical flow of coke furnace and the pressure control system structure are introduced. The mathematical model based on process mechanism of gas-collector pressure is derived. Some analysis of the model is offered. The algorithm of coincidence dissolving is delivered. And finally the net work structure of how to realize the process and control effect is introduced.
