摘要
报道了对银纹夜蛾进行温度、紫外线照射、微生物(苏云金杆菌)处理,以诱发银纹夜蛾核型多角体病毒。经分离、提取、光镜、电镜及染色观察,可见到有多角体被诱发产生,初步鉴定该多角体为核型多角体。实验发现后者对害虫有致死作用。
The inducing test of the nuclear polyhedron virus of Plusia Augata S. was reported here afie r the Plusia Augata S. had been treated by temperature, ultraviolet radiation and microbian. Afterbeing separated, extracted, observed by optical microscope, electronic microscope and dye, the poly hedrons were brought out and preliminarily identified that it was nuclear polyhedrons.By means ofexperiment, the latter was found to be of deadly effect for the injurious insect.This provided the testbasis for the prevention and control injurious insect in the future.
