摘要
介绍了油气田开采过程中的各种腐蚀问题,详细介绍了复合酸化缓蚀剂的合成原理,并通过正交实验对影响缓蚀剂性能的工艺条件进行了研究。对合成的缓蚀剂进行抗温、抗酸和抗H2S性能评价。实验结果表明,复合酸化缓蚀剂有较好的抗HCl和H2S腐蚀性能。在不同浓度的HCl溶液和含H2S的HCl溶液中,对N80钢片的缓蚀性能良好,在15%和28%的HCl溶液中,120℃下其缓蚀效率可达0.025mm/a和0.088mm/a。在含有H2S的15%和28%的HCl溶液中,120℃下其缓蚀效率可达0.032mm/a和0.092mm/a。缓蚀效果能满足碳酸盐岩和含H2S油井中的酸化施工要求。
This paper gives a detailed description of the synthetic technology principle of complex inhibitor and evaluates the inhibitor performance through cross experiment.It also evaluates the performance of inhibitor resistance temperature,acid and H2S.Performance tests have shown that the complex acid inhibitor has better efficiency to resist N80 steel in HClsolution and HCl/H2S solution at different temperature.The inhibitor rateis 0.025mm/a and 0.088mm/a under 120℃ in 15% and 28%HCl solution,and is 0.032mm/a and 0.092mm/aunder 120℃ in 15% and 28%HCl/H2S solution. The inhibitor effect can meet the requirement of operationfor carbonate rock and H2S oil well.
