代谢综合征与妊娠 被引量：2

摘要 代谢综合征（metabolics yndrome，MS）是一个涉及多学科的新兴研究领域，是以中心性肥胖、糖尿病或糖调节受损、高血压、血脂异常为主要特征，以胰岛素抵抗（insulin resistance，IR）为共同病理生理基础，以多种代谢性疾病为临床特点的一组严重影响健康的临床症候群，是引发心脑血管事件的高危因素，也是死亡和残疾的主要原因。在妇产科领域也日益受到关注，现就MS和妊娠的相互关系做一综述。
