摘要
针对R&D项目组合选择的实践需要以及当前R&D项目组合选择模式中存在的几个主要问题,基于BSC的平衡理念,构建了由企业多层次人员参与,战略符合度、竞争能力以及项目组合财务三阶段评价的R&D项目组合选择模式。从企业应用的角度出发,在不同阶段分别使用评分模型与0-1规划模型,并开展了应用研究。
According to the practice and the primary puzzles of R＆D Project Portfolio Selection, the paper presents a three-phase model with the concept of balance. The model evaluates strategy fit, enterprise competence and benefits of project portfolio with the staff＇s participation of different fields. Under the view of enterprise application, phase evaluations adopt the method of scoring algorithm land 0-1 programming. An application study is implemented to validate R＆D Project Balanced Portfolio Selection.
