摘要
在新农村建设政策以及城乡一体化运动的推动下,大量的农民从农村流向城市,市民化过程加快。在农民——市民的角色转变中,很多农民不能适应这一转变,导致角色失范与角色转移障碍。针对这一现象,文章进行了分析,并提出了一些对策。
The general countrysides in the new rural reconstruction policy as well as under the city and countryside integration movement impetus, the massive farmers flow to the city from the countryside, the resident process speed up, in by in the farmer resident＇s role transformation, very many farmers cannot adapt present this transformation, causes the role to deviate from the norm with the role shift barrier, in view of this phenomenon, the author has carried on the analysis, and proposed some countermeasure.
