林间剩余物热电联产综合开发关键装备与技术研究 被引量:7

摘要 研究将清育林和间伐剩余物初加工成方便在林间运输的形态,在林间采用科学合理的载运工具,将这些原料运到林场进行热电联产综合开发,加工成方便运输的发电用原料。在林场筹建热电联产综合开发发电成套设施,将林场有限个发电机组所发的电能通过附机和网络配套设备送到国电电网,卖给国家创收,产生的热能供应林场使用,彻底解决清育林和间伐资源的高效利用问题,同时解决资源运输的道路和费用问题,提高清育林和间伐剩余物应用的经济效益。提出以热电联产综合开发效益促进清林和间伐,靠经济杠杆推进清林和促进天然林保护工程。利用热电联产综合开发效益加快我国森林资源恢复,为天保林区提供一条创收之路。 This paper deals with research on how to initially handle the remainder of forest cleaning, afforesting and thinning into the form that can be convenient to be carried in forest and submit the raw material to forest plantation by scientific rational vehicle for co-generation comprehensive development. Preparing to construct serial dynamoelectric installations in forest plantation and the power generated by finite generator sets in forest plantation will be connected to national electric network through attached machine and corollary network equipment, The power sold to nation makes profit and the additional thermal energy is provided to forest plantation, thus entirely solve the problem how to utilize the resource of deaning, afforesting and thinning efficiently and the problem about road and cost for transportation of resource, and increase the economic benefit of utilizing the resource of cleaning, afforesting and thinning. Put forward to promote cleaning and thinning with the profit of co-generation comprehensive development, push on cleaning and promote natural forest preservation project by economic leverage, expedite recovering national forest resources by the benefit of co-generation comprehensive development and provide a way to make profit for natural forest preservahon area.
