摘要
2006年学校全面展开教师课堂教学效果的网络评价活动,反映了受教育者对教育者的评价,通过数据分析,对学校目前的教学水平、教师的课堂驾驭能力有了较明确的了解,得出了各项指标确实能真实反映现实教学中存在问题的结论,从而实证了目前采用的评价指标体系的合理性、科学性。为今后的教学改革提供新的依据,也为教改后的效果提供实证参考方法。
In 2006, our University launched a full - scale network - based evaluation on teachers' in - class teaching effect, which reflected the students' attitude towards educators. By analyzing the result data, we had a better understanding of the teaching standard and teachers' in - class controlling ability of our university by now. Also we came to the conclusion that all the guidelines indeed showed the existing problems in daily teaching activities, therefore, it demonstrated the reasonability and rationality of recently used evaluation system. It provided a new basis for teaching innovation later on and suggested a demonstration method for the result of teaching innovation.
