摘要
随着国家和省市医疗保障体系的进一步调整和完善,各个企事业单位医保政策的改革也势在必行。文章以苏州大学教职工补充医疗费的改革为例,从增加补充医疗费经费、合理使用补充医疗费方面提出了改革的设想：为了提高学校抗风险的能力、保证重症病人的治疗,应该力保重大疾病病人的治疗,按比例报销普通疾病的门诊补充医疗费,鼓励有序合理报销医疗费。
With further adjustment and improvement of medical protection system in our country and provinces, each enterprises and institutions must make a medical policy reform instantly. This article takes the example of Suzhou University reform of additional medical fees for its school teachers and workers and makes a plan out of the replenishment of medical fees and their proper use, i.e. to improve the ability to resist risks and insure the treatment for the serious patients, we should insure the treatment of serious patients, submit the clinic additional medical fees of common patient proportionately and encourage to submit medical fees equitably.
