摘要
采用三维电极—混凝法处理广东某酵母厂经厌氧、好氧、缺氧处理后的酵母生产废水,结果表明,采用石墨电极,在电压为9 V、极板间距为4 cm、电解时间为3 h的条件下,废水经三维电极法处理后出水COD可降至400 mg/L左右;继续采用混凝法对上清液进行处理,在聚合氯化铝投量为1~2 g/L时,出水COD可降至300 mg/L以下,色度可降至14倍,出水水质可达到《污水综合排放标准》(GB 8978—1996)的二级标准。
The three-dimensional electrode/coagulation method was used to treat yeast production wastewater after anaerobic, aerobic and anoxic treatment in a yeast plant in Guangdong Province. The result shows that the effluent COD in three-dimensional electrode process can be decreased to about 400 mg/L when graphite electrode is used with a cell voltage of 9 V, an electrode span of 4 cm and an electrolytic time of 3 h ; then using coagulation process to treat the supernatant, the effluent COD can be decreased to below 300 mg/L, and the wastewater colour being 14 times when PAC dosage is 1 g/L to 2 g/L. The effluent quality can meet the second class criteria of Integrated Wastewater Discharge Standard ( GB 8978 - 1996).
