摘要
根据机体供能形式取决于运动强度高低的理论,从高校知识群体科学健身的角度,探讨运动过程中摄氧转移及关联系统相变的内源外控要素,构出二种供能体系的转化源于有氧和无氧双重制约的基本框图。通过“有氧训练”和“无氧训练”效果的测试,阐述了内外影响因素的协同作用在系统相变过程中运用多种途径的控制有效驾驭全过程的可能性方法,指出了运动的绩效差异与锻炼个体的健身意识、体能状况、身体素质、运动项目、负荷强度等密切相关。
Based on the theory that how the organism supplies energy depends on the exercise's density, the idea that two energy supply systems' transformation is due to the combination and control of dual factor-aerobic structure and anaerobic structure is introduced in this paper to make a further research into the "inner-originated, outer-controlled" theory of the absorbed oxygen being transferred and the related systems being transformed while taking healthful exercises in a scientific way. According to the test results of "aerobic training" and "anaerobic training", the paper describes the influence of internal factors and outer ones and the probably available methods to wholly and effectively control the transformation of the energy supply systems, pointing out that the effects of the exercises are closely related to the individual's exercising conscionsness, body constitution and state as well as the sports form, the training items and load density.
