摘要
大豆磷脂添加量分别为0、1%、2%、3%、4%、5%的6组试验饲料,分别在体积为1.3m×1.5m×1.2m的6个小型水泥池中进行长毛对虾(体长4~5cm)的喂饲试验。试验结果除了大豆磷脂添加量为5%的1组外,其余5组平均体长和平均体重均随着大豆磷脂添加量的增加而增加,饵料系数则随着大豆磷脂添加量的增加而下降。由此表明,配合饲料中大豆磷脂的适宜添加量为4%。以鱼粉、膨化大豆粉和大豆粕为主要原料的配合饲料中,添加3%大豆磷脂,在3000m2虾塘的投喂试验中,也收到良好的效果:饲养40d,长毛对虾平均体长从5.01cm增至9.69cm,平均作重从1.45g增至10.26g,平均日增长率为1.66%,平均日增重率为5.01%,饵料系数为1.96。从试验结果得出长毛对虾饲料中大豆磷脂的适宜添加量为3%~4%。
Six experimental groups of compound feed added with 0, 1 %, 2%, 3%, 4%, 5% ofsoya-lecithin in were used to feed Penaeus penicillatus (body length 4~ 5cm). The experimental results are: with the increase of the ratio of soya-lecithin, the average body length and weight of 5 groups increased and the feed conversion efficiency decreased except the group of 5% soya-lecithtn. These show that the optimum ratio of soya-lecithin in artificial feed is 4%. By adding 3 % of soya-lecithin in artificial feed composed mainly of raw materials of fish meal, powder of expended soya and soyabean cake, good results have been.gained in the 3 000m2 pond of shrimp as for 40 d of culture, the average hody length increased from 5.01cm to 9. 69cm, the average weight from 1. 45g to 10. 26g, averagely daily 0. 12cm and 0. 22g, and the feed conversion efficiency was 1. 96. The results indicate that the optimum ratio of soya-lecithin in artificial feed of Penaeus pencillatus is 3% ~4 %.
