摘要
探讨护士站标识文化对提高护理质量的作用,探索建立适用于现代临床护理的标识文化,以提高病人和护士满意度,促进护理质量的提高,有利于医院护理形象的改善。
The article discussed the function of identification culture in nurse station in improving nursing quality. How to build identification culture that fitted modem clinical nursing development to improve patient and nurse satisfaction was mentioned. A good identification could promote nursing quality and improve hospital image.
