摘要
分析护理服务满意度调查中存在的问题并提出相应的对策,存在的主要问题是:调查目的不明确,内容缺少深度,形式粗放,计算方法不一致造成失真,调查时间不能体现全程性,提出的对策有:转变认识,以人为本,调查内容实行质性突破,调查形式和方法更贴近实际,实行全员、全过程控制等。
This article analyzed the existing problems in investigating the nursing care satisfaction, and suggested the correlate strategies. The main problems were: the goal of investigation was unclear, the form was extensive, the discrepancy of statistic methods lead to incredible results, and it was just cross-sectional survey. The strategies might be: take clients as core consideration, change the content of the survey basically, make the form and method more close to reality, and adopt continuous control process.
