摘要
通过非水溶液电解、扫描电镜、图像仪等手段,对连铸小板坯中的夹杂物进行了研究,找出了夹杂物数量、尺寸、组成、分布和类型在连铸不同工序中的变化规律,提出了改善小板坯洁净度的建议。
By means of electrolysis with non-aqueous solution, SEM and image analyzer, inclusions in billets have been investigated and law of variations of content, size, composition, distribution and type of inclusions in the billets during casting determined. Measures for enhancing the cleanliness of billet are proposed.
