摘要
采用超高频超声波探伤(10MHz)金相、微区电解、SEM等分析方法对四位一体短流程工艺生产的GCr15轴承钢中的点状夹杂物的属性和来源进行了讨论与分析,确定了夹杂物的来源,为进一步改善轴承钢的质量提供重要的试验依据。
The present paper discusses and analyzes the characteristics of droplet shaped inclusions in the bearing steel GCr15 produced in a short process route using methods of Metallography, Electrolysis and SEM and determines the source of DS type inclusions. The tested result is useful for improving the quality of the steel product.
