摘要
随着人们对能源、环境问题和安全性要求的不断提高,汽车用材料正在发生很大的变化。汽车轻量化已成为当今汽车工业的一项关键技术。为了满足超轻型汽车发展的需求,开发了大量的先进高强度钢,如DP钢、TRIP钢、CP钢、TWIP钢等。简要介绍了这些钢铁材料,分析了它们的成分、组织结构、性能特点和生产工艺等。
With ever-increasing demands and concern of the public for the energy resource, environment and security great change has taken place in the materials used for automotive purpose. Popularization of light weight automobile has already been the mainstream and reduction of the weight of the automobile has become one of the key tech- nologies of the automotive industry. To meet the needs for development of the ultralight automotive a lot of advanced high strength steel grades including DP, TRIP, CP, TWIP and etc. have been developed. The present paper briefly introduces those steel grades and analyzes their compositions, microstructure, properties and state-of-arts.
