摘要
目的制备复方黄芩巴布剂并进行透皮释放度的测定。方法正交设计法对巴布剂基质配比进行的实验研究;应用自制的透皮释放扩散池装置进行透皮释放度研究,高效液相色谱法测定释放液中黄芩苷的含量。结果复方黄芩巴布剂基质以阿拉伯胶∶西黄蓍胶∶压敏胶∶甘油∶氧化锌=2∶1∶1∶0.1∶0.3为最适宜;24 h的透皮释放量为(450±30)ng/cm2。结论该制备工艺简单,制成的巴布剂黏性适中、质量可控、释药稳定。
Objective To prepare the complex scutellariae baicalensis cataplasm and to determine transdermal release. Methods The orthogonal design wad used to optimize the matrix formulation. The transdermal release was determined by a self-designed diffusion cell system,and the content of baicalin was detected by HPLC. Results The matrix formulation of the complex scutellariae baicalensis eataplasm was made with gum acacia: gum tragaeabth: gum stamp sensitive: glycerine: zinc oxide = 2 : 1 : 1 : 0.1 : 0.3. The 24 h accumulative release was (450 + 30) ng/cm^2. Conclusion The preparation of complex scutellariae baiealensis eataplasm is simple, the stickness is suitable, and the transdermal release is stability.
