摘要
目的 观察经纤维支气管镜（纤支镜）氩气刀联合全身化疗治疗原发气管支气管肺癌的近期疗效。方法 20例经纤支镜氩气刀治疗，氩气刀功率20-40W，时间2～3S，每次治疗总时间100～150S，1周后重复治疗，共3～5次。非小细胞性肺癌用GP方案：吉西他滨（GEM）1000mg／m^2，第1天和第8天静脉注射；顺铂（DDP）100mg／m^2，第1天静脉注射；小细胞性肺癌用CE方案：卡铂（CBP）400或500mg，第1天静脉注射；足叶乙甙（VP-16）100mg，第1～5天静脉注射。28d为1周期。结果 20例氩气刀联合全身化疗后，18例症状明显改善，纤维支气管镜下病灶好转率为90％，胸部X线复查病灶吸收率达75％。结论 氩气刀联合全身化疗治疗管内型肺癌疗效明显。
Objective To observe the short-term curative effect to treat the central lung cancer applying argon knifes under the fibrobronchoscope. Methods The study involved 20 patients treated with argon knife under fibrobronchoscope. Argon knife working effect was 20-40 W, time 2-3 s, each treatment time 100-150 s,repeated again after one week,and 3-5 treatment times are required. GP adopted to non-small lung cancer. GEM 1000 mg/m^2 ,intravenously at the first day and eighth;DDP 100 mg/m^2 intravenously at first day. Small cell lung cancer used CE： CBP 400-500 mg intravenously at the first day. VP-16 100 mg intravenously at the first to fifth day. One treatment circulation required 28 days. Results Twenty patients after argon knife and medical treatment, 18 patients condition had been improved significantly. Under fibrobronchscope observation,the effective rate was up to 90 %. With chest radiography, focal absorption rate was to 75 %. Conclusions Argon knife combined with medical treatment for central lung cancer is effective.
