摘要
用乙醇浸提干燥、粉碎过的秀珍菇样品后,再用蒽酮比色法测定各浸提液的总糖含量。结果表明:用20%乙醇提取4h,得到的秀珍菇浸提液总糖含量最高,再加水稀释成含0.5%秀珍菇浸提液的保鲜液对香石竹的保鲜效果最好。
Ethanol was used to distill the samples of Pleurotus geesteranus which had been dried and comminuted, and the color method of C14H10O was used to mensurate the sugar content of the distilled solution. In the 20% ethanol to distill for 4 hours, the sugar content of the distilled solution of P. geesteranus was the highest. Then, adding water to dilute the distilled solution of P. geesteranus to only 0.5% content. The diluted solution performed the highest efficiency in keeping the longevity of carnation.
