锌硒对大鼠血清中BUN含量和ALT活性的影响 被引量:3

摘要 目的:探讨锌、硒对大鼠血清中血尿素氮(BUN)含量和丙氨酸氨基转移酶(ALT)活性的影响。方法:应用尿素测定试剂盒(脲酶比色法)和丙氨酸氨基转移酶试剂盒(赖氏法)对治疗组、模型组及对照组大鼠血清中BUN含量和ALT活性进行测定。结果:治疗组血清中BUN含量低于模型组,差异具有显著性意义(P<0.05),治疗组和模型组血清中BUN含量低于对照组,差异具有非常显著性意义(P<0.01)。而血清中ALT活性,三组间差异均无显著性意义(P>0.05)。结论:给亚硒酸钠复制的SD白内障大鼠眼内补锌可明显改变其血清中BUN含量,具有显著性或非常显著性差异。而血清中ALT活性无明显影响。提示微量元素锌、硒对白内障的发生和发展有关。 Objective:To investigate the effect of zinc and selenium on serum blood urea nitrogen (BUN) and the alanine aminotransferase (ALT) activity in serum of rats. Methods: Urea reagent Kits (urease- berthelot method) and alanine aminotrnsferase reagent Kit (Reitman- frankel method) of the treatment group and the control group, and serum urea nitrogen content and ALT activity was measured. Results:Serum urea nitrogencontent was lower than that of the model group, the differences were statistically significant (P 〈 0.05), and treatment group and serum urea nitrogen content was less than the control group, the difference was very significant (P 〈0.01 ). And serum ALT activity among the three groups did not differ significantly (P 〉 0.05 ). Conclusion: To the complicated system of sodium selenite SD rat cataract eyes of zinc in serum urea nitrogen content can significantly change is significant or very significant difference. And in serum of ALT activity was not affected. Suggested that zinc, selenium, and the incidence of cataract development.
