摘要
本文以正硅酸乙酯(TEOS)为硅源,以十六烷基三甲基溴化胺(CTAB)为模板剂,用传统的水热合成法合成介孔分子筛MCM-48,探索模板剂、水、氢氧化钠等不同因素对合成MCM-48介孔分子筛的影响。在较低模板剂用量的条件下,合成了介孔分子筛,用XRD对MCM-48介孔分子筛进行了结构表征。
mesoporous molecular sieves MCM-48 was synthesized by hydrothermal method using tetraethylorthosilicate (TEOS) as silica source and cetyltrimethylammonium bromide (CTAB) as template,The effects of CTAB, H2O, NaOH ,the crystallization time on synthesis of mesoporous molecular sieves MCM-48 were studied in detail. MCM-48 was synthesized under the lower template.The synthesized compounds were characterized by X-ray diffraction.
