摘要
根据塞拉门的工作原理,设计了一具有两级计算机结构的塞拉门状态监测系统。以TMS320LF2407 DSP为核心的测量单元通过特制的信号接头,从塞拉门控制单元获得塞拉门工作状态数据信号,经电平转换后,通过DSP的I/O端口采集进来;当便携式PC机发出轮询信息,DSP便通过串行通信口把塞拉门当前的状态数据上传,并在PC机上利用LabVIEW平台进行显示和故障诊断;试验表明,该状态监测系统能对塞拉门工作状态进行有效监测和故障分析,对于高效、准确地找出塞拉门故障,提高检修效率,确保铁路运输的安全具有积极的作用。
According to the principle of train sliding plug door, corresponding state monitoring system with two stages of computers is de signed. With the special socket, measurement unit based on TMS320LF2407 DSP derives the state dates of sliding plug door from the sliding plug door controller. After voltage transformed, the measured dates are sampled in through IO ports. When polled by the portable PC, DSP transferresd the measured dates up through series communication port and the measured dates are displayed and analyzed on the LabVIEW software platform. Test results show the designed state monitoring system operates effectively, can accurately diagnose the faults of sliding plug door. It is of great sense for ensuring train running safely.
