摘要
设计并实现了一种基于FCS智能测控仪表的自动标定系统;该系统是在大连交通大学三合实验室开发的SHCAN2000现场总线控制系统的应用的背景下提出的,利用现场总线进行数据采集处理,通用串行总线(USB)作为与计算机数据传输接口;对系统进行了设计和实现,解决了仪表的自动标定问题;实验表明,在本系统标定下的仪表相比传统智能测控仪表的标定,它具有快速方便、简单易用、精确稳定等特点,满足了工作精度的需要。
An auto calibration system of intelligent instrument based on FCS was designed. The system is developed to satisfy the needs of the DaLian Jiaotong University' s SAN-HE Laboratory' s SHCAN2000 Field Bus Control System. Field Bus is used for processing digital signals. USB is provided with interface to PC. The designed system has realized and solved the auto calibration problem. Experiment showed that, comparing to the traditional intelligent instrument's calibration system, this system is more easy to use, accurate, stable and inexpensive and it fulfills the precision.
