摘要
中药苦参为豆科槐属植物,药用其根,具有清热解毒,祛风燥湿,去虫止痒的功效。用4种提取方法提取苦参根的生物活性物质,研究不同方法提取物对病菌孢子萌发、菌丝生长及离体植物患病叶的抑菌作用。结果表明:丙酮粗提物对黑星病、炭疽病病菌孢子萌发有显著抑制作用,抑制率100%;对灰霉菌丝生长有显著抑制作用;对黄瓜离体叶黑星病菌有一定抑制作用。甲醇粗提物对黑星病、炭疽病孢子萌发抑制率达100%;对灰霉菌丝生长有一定抑制作用;对黄瓜离体叶黑星病菌抑制率达50%;对番茄离体叶灰霉病菌有显著抑制作用。水提物对黑星病孢子萌发有显著抑制作用。灭菌水提物不仅不能抑制病菌生长,反而对病菌生长有促进作用。
In the paper, four methods were applied to extract antibacterial activities from sophora flavescens Ait, and different crude extracts' antibacterial effect on the germination of pathsgenie spores, mycelia growth and excised leaf was studied. The results showed that: acetone crude extract had a notable inhibitory effect on scab, anthraenose's spores germination with the 100% bacteriostasis ratio; and had an obvious inhibitory effect on gray mold hypba growth; also had some inhibitory effect on scab of cucumber excised leaves. Methanol erode extract had a notable inhibitory effect on scab, anthracnose's spores germination with the 100% bacteriostasis ratio; and had a 50% bacteriostasis ratio to scab of cucumber excised leaves; also had an obvious inhibitory effect on gray mold of tomato excised leaves. Water erode extract had a conspicuous inhibitory effect on anthracnose's spores germination. Sterile water crude extract not only couldn't restrain the myeelia growth, but also bad an positive effect.
