摘要
以H2TiO3(生产钛白粉的中间产品)和SrCl2·6H2O为反应物,在NaOH溶液中水热合成了纳米钛酸锶粉体.研究了原料摩尔比n(Sr)/n(Ti)、NaOH用量、反应温度和反应时间对SrTiO3粉体纯度和n(Sr)/n(Ti)的影响.用XRD、TEM、Fr—IR对粉体进行了表征;并用化学分析、原子吸收(AAS)测定了粉体中主要的化学成份及杂质元素含量.结果表明.所得粉体纯度大于99.5%、具立方相、n(Sr)/n(Ti)约为1.0、平均粒径25—60nm.在反应体系中加入分散剂可明显降低粉体粒径.经Scherrer。公式计算,加入分散剂乙醇、聚乙二醇和不加分散剂制得粉体的晶粒粒径分别为15nm、18nm、21nm.
Nanocrystalline strontium titanate powders were synthesized in NaOH solution by hydrothennal method with H2TiO3 ( the intermediate product while producing titanium white)and SrCl2· 6H2O as starting raw materials. The influences of the molar ratio of Sr to Ti in reactants, amount of NaOH added and reaction temperature and time on the purity and the molar ratio of Sr to Ti of prepared SrTiO3 powders were researched.The nanocrystalline SrTiO3 powders were characterized by X - ray diffraction (XRD), transmission electron microscopy ( TEM ), fourier transform infrared spectra ( FTIR) ,and were analyzed by chemical analysis,atomic absorption spectrometry(AAS) . The results show the purity of prepared SrTiO3 powders with cubic structure is more than 99.5% and its molar ratio of Sr to Ti is equal to about 1.0,with an average particle sizes of 25 - 60 nm. The addition of some dispersants into the reactant system can obviously reduce particle sizes of the powders. The crystallite diameters of SrTiO3 powders prepared by adding ethanol, polyethylene glycol and none dispersants are 15,18,21 nm respectively caculated by scherrer's formula.
