正确使用窑尾气体分析仪进行窑尾烟气中O2,CO,NO等的含量的在线检测和分析,可正确指导中控人员合理操作系统。文章概要介绍了窑尾气体分析仪的结构组成和应用功能以及正确使用的操作步骤;重点分析了使用中常见故障的产生原因和处理措施;此外还简单介绍了一些常规的维护技术和内容。
Use gas analyser correctly in flue chamber at kiln back end to detect and analyse online the content of O2, CO, NO, etc in flue of back end, which can guide central control people to operate the whole system. The paper introduced briefly the structure of the air analyser and its function and operation step, and analysed on emphasis the common malfunctions and the measures, additionally, introduced simply some general maintenance technology and content.
