摘要
通过不同温度水平下大鳞副泥鳅受精率,胚胎发育历时及孵化率、死亡率、畸形率的统计与分析,得出大鳞副泥鳅胚胎发育可耐受水温为16~30℃。最适水温为26℃。温度与胚胎孵化时间呈幂函数关系,H=166889 T^-2.6074(R^2=0.9907)。该实验有利于培养学生对生物学实验的兴趣,加深对动物胚胎发育过程的了解。
This article designed an experiment about the embryo development of paramisgurnus dabryanus under different temperature. It was concluded that the endurable temperature for embryonic development of misgurnus ranges from 16 - 30℃ and 26 ℃is the optimal, The highest critical temperature is 30 ℃, The corelation between embryo development and temperature is H = 166 889T^-2.6074 (R2 = 0.990 7). The experiment brought up interests of students about the biological experiment and enhanced the understanding of the process of animal embryonic development.
