摘要
构建了纺织企业环境管理战略与绩效分析模型,通过问卷形式对纺织企业的环境管理现状和社会责任战略进行了调查和分类.聚类分析发现纺织企业主要有2种社会责任战略选择:一是企业从抵制型战略到被动服从型战略的转变,另一类是企业从被动服从型战略向适应型战略过渡,不同类型的战略选择在环境管理和绩效上存在差异.
In this paper a strategy performance model of environmental management was constructecl based on textile companies. By questionnaire survey, the current situation of environmental management of textile companies and classification of their corporate social responsibility strategy were investigated. The results of cluster analysis showed that there were two types of CSR strategy. Textiles companies with some first kind of CSR strategy were transforming from rejection to compliance while some others with the third kind of CSR strategy were transforming from compliance to adaptation. Different choice on the CSR strategy brought forth significant differences in environmental management and performance.
