摘要 利用高反射率的空心微珠对传统的硅酸铝保温涂料进行改性,采用正交实验设计,研究了乳液及填料对涂料反射率的影响。研究发现,填料对涂料反射率的影响次序为:空心微珠>二氧化钛>海泡石>硅酸铝。乳液品种对涂料反射率影响不大,确定了最佳配方,并对其性能进行了对比测试。 Conventional aluminum silicate heat insulation coatings was modified by hollow micro glass bead with high reflectivity. The orthogonal designing was applied to study the effect of emulsions and fillers on the coatings reflectivity. The results show that the sequeuce of influence of these factors is hollow micro glass bead 〉 titanium dioxide 〉 sepiolite 〉 aluminum silicate . And optimum formula was obtained. Influence of hollow micro glass bead and emulsions on reflectivity was discussed. And comparison tests of performance was conducted.
