摘要
论文通过对美国六所高校图书馆校外读者服务规则的调查,总结了其特点,并分析了其对于我国高校图书馆制定相关规则的借鉴意义。
This paper carries out an investigation for the none-university users regulations of six university libraries in America, generalizes their characteristics and analyses the significance for our university libraries in the course of establishing the regulations about this.
