吉林省2005年地方性砷中毒全国重点监测结果分析 被引量:2

摘要 目的了解监测县及监测点地方性砷中毒的现状、防治措施落实情况及防治效果。方法按照《全国地方性砷中毒监测方案》调查防砷改水进度及工程管理使用情况。采用AFS-930双道原子荧光光度计检测饮水和8~12岁儿童尿砷含量。普查监测点居民砷中毒患病情况及死因。结果监测县改水率为8.81%,受益人口率为12.60%;已改水的14个工程均正常使用。监测点饮水砷含量为0.005mg/L;8~12岁儿童尿砷均值为0.024mg/L;查出砷中毒患者14例,均为轻度患者,患病率6.19%。结论监测县防砷改水设施管理使用良好,但改水率较低。监测点砷中毒病情较轻,儿童尿砷已在正常范围内,表明改水可控制病情的发生和发展。 Objective Understanding monitor county and monitor order the present condition that the local arsenic is poisoned and prevent and cure measure implementation a circumstance and prevent and cure result. Methods According to monitor's project of the national's poisoned of local arsenic , to investigate the progress of defend arsenic change water in monitor the county, and circumstance of the management usage of all engineerings and water arsenic content. Adopting Model AFS - 930 Double -channel atomic Fluorescence Spectrometer' to examining content of drinking arsenic and excretion concentration of urine arsenic with 8 to12 years old child. To investigate fall ill circumstance of arsenic poisoned and cause of death inquisition in the monitor location residents'. Results Monitor county changes water rate as 8.81% , beneficiary the rate is 12.60%. Have already changed lg engineerings of water, use all and normally. Monitor location have already changed water, the drinking arsenic content is 0.005 mg/L; The 8 to 12 years old child urine arsenic to all be worth for the 0.024 mg/L; Look up arsenic poisoned sufferer's 14, all is light degree sufferer, fall ill rate 6.19%. Conclusions Monitoring the county defends arsenic to change a water facilities management an usage good, but change water rate is lower, need to be strengthened. Condition of poisoned arsenic in monitor location is light, child's urine arsenic has scope of the normal that expressed changing water can control the occurrence and the development of condition in normally the scope.
