摘要
目的设计研制一种异种骨颈椎融合器,并进行生物力学测试为临床提供生物力学参数。方法取24具新鲜成年男性尸体C3-T1颈椎标本,分别对完整C3-T1(对照组)、模拟前路间盘C5、6摘除置融合器(实验1组)、模拟前路间盘C5、6、C6、7摘除置融合器(实验2组)三个实验组,进行前屈、后伸、扭转、轴向压缩和颈椎移位时融合器的最大拨出力实验,还对以上各组标本进行粘弹性实验,得到各组标本前屈、后伸、轴向压缩载荷和位移,扭矩和扭转角,在恒应力和应变条件下应力、应变-时间曲线及归一化应力松驰、蠕变函数和曲线。结果无论是置入一枚融合器或二枚融合器,各项力学性能指标与正常对照组无显著差异。结论所设计的异种骨椎间融合器在椎体安置后其具有较好的抗压,抗弯、抗扭转、抗拔出能力,并具有较强稳定性。
Objective To design and develop a sort of heterogenous bone cervical vertebrae fusion cage,and test it by biomechanical experiments for the purpose of supplying biomechanics parameters for clinic. Methods 24 specimen of C3-T1 cervical vertebrae from adult human corpses were given. The group of complete C3 -T1 (control group), the group of simulating the anterior intervertebral disc C5、6 extirpation with the fusion cage inserted ( experiment group 1 ) and the group of simulating the anterior intervertebral disc C5、6 , C6、7 extirpation with the fusion cages (experiment group 2) inserted were tested respectively by the experiments on proneness, aback loll,torsion, axial compression and by the measurement of the fusion cage' s maximal drawing force while the cervical vertebrae shifted. The viscoelastic tests were also done for each above group. The load forces and displacements of proneness, aback loll and axial compression as well as the torques and torsion angles were obtained. Under constant stress or strain condition, the stress versus time curves,strain versus time curves and the normalization stress relaxation curves, creep curves were also obtained. Results There were no significant difference between each of the groups with one or two fusion cages and the control group in each mechanical performance index. Conclusion The designed heterogenous intervertebral fusion cages have a better performance in resisting compression, bending,and torsion, and are more stable.
