Study on polymer for chemical flooding in offshore oilfield of China

摘要 根据渤海绥中36-1油田油藏特性和聚合物结构设计原理,结合海上平台特点,从功能单体设计出发,研制出具有速溶、高效增粘、较好的抗剪切性、良好流动性和驱油效果的耐盐型疏水缔合聚合物AP-P4。该聚合物首次用于海上油田单井聚合物驱先导试验见到了显著的增油降水效果,正在进行中的井组聚合物驱试验也已初步显示出增产效果,表明疏水缔合聚合物AP-P4作为绥中36-1油田的驱油剂在技术上是可行的,在海上类似油田聚合物驱技术中具有广阔的应用前景。 Based on the property of Bohai SZ 36-1 oilfield and the restriction of the offshore platform, a hydrophobically associating polymer, AP-P4 was designed and produced with the characteristics of fast resolving, high viscosity, good antiechanical degradation, good conductivity and oil displace- ment effect, is satisfied to the special requirement of offshore oilfield operation. It has been applied to the first single well pilot test in China offshore oilfield, and obtained significant oil increment. Meanwhile, for the well group pilot test conducted in SZ 36-1 oilfield, increased oil production was observed. The results show that it is technical feasible for AP-P4, as a driving agent, applied to SZ 36-1 oilfield, and polymer flooding has great prospect in a large scale of the similar offshore oilfields.
