体外冲击波诱导骨髓间充质干细胞成骨的力化学信号转导机制 被引量:13

摘要 体外冲击波疗法(extracorporeal shock wave therapy,ESWT)因患者不必住院、并发症少、治疗周期短、风险低、治愈率高,已成为骨科领域一种新的非侵人性治疗方法。其不仅用于治疗钙化性冈上肌腱炎、肱骨外上髁炎、足底筋膜炎等顽固性骨肌病变,近年来还用于治疗骨不连及早中期股骨头缺血性坏死,取得较好效果。ESWT成骨不仅局限于震波治疗部位,骨缺损周围都可见到很明显的新骨形成,因此,我们认为ESWT成骨的机制不仅为造成局部的微骨折,更可能是诱导骨髓问充质干细胞(bone marrow stromal cells,BMSCs)在缺损部位的成骨分化,即体外冲击波(extracorporeal shock wave,ESW)作用于人体,通过力化学信号转导产生生物学效应,达到组织细胞再生及修复的功能。
