摘要
通过介绍公众参与,以及土地利用规划公众参与在我国的发展现状,提出了新的公众参与方式——PPGIS。结合国外PPGIS的案例,介绍了其公众信息反馈方式的发展以及新的绘图与文本说明结合的反馈方式。提出了PPGIS应用于土地利用规划公众参与中的三层体系结构。最后总结出PPGIS应用中的优势和不足。
The new field of public participation in land use planning is put forward by introducing public participation and its status in China. Through the foreign case of PPGIS, the developing of way of option feedback is reviewed, and the new way of option feedback by combining drafting and text explaining is introduced. Three layers sructure of PPGiS in land use planning is introduced. PPGIS is a system which has three layers. At last summarizing the advantage and the fault of PPGIS in land use planning.
