摘要
以外源性H2O2和羟自由基(·OH)为氧化诱导剂,观察了硒葡聚糖(Selenium—GlucosanSe—Gn)对小鼠红细胞膜氧化损伤的保护作用。结果表明,硒葡聚糖可明显降低H2O2诱导的氧化溶血作用,下降率为11%~26%。红细胞内脂质过氧化物含量在Se—Gn作用下明显降低。红细胞膜的荧光偏振度(P)也呈下降趋势,表明红细胞膜流动性增加。实验表明Se—Gn对红细胞的保护作用可能与其参与抗氧化过程有关。
The efface of Selenium--Glucosan on hemolysis and peroxidahon of mouce erythrocytes induced by hydrogenperoxide (H2O2 and hydroxyl radical (.OH) were observed in vitro. The hemolysis,the malonyldialdehyde (MDA) contents and the fluorescence polarization were measured. The results showed that the Selenium--Glucosan could reduce the hemolysis induce by H2O2 and the reduction rate was 11%--26%. The MDA contents of RBC in the Seledum -- Glucosan -- added tubes were decreased significantly. The membrane fiuidity of erythrocyte tended to increase. It was suggested that the protective action of Selenium--Glucosan on erythrocyte ineborace may be concerned with it's antioxidative mechanism.
