摘要
目的探讨书面出院教育对早产产妇社会支持和产后抑郁的影响。方法符合入组条件的早产产妇76例按照进入研究的时间分为两组,2005年11-12月入选者37例为对照组,2006年1-2月入选者39例作为干预组,对照组37例接受医院常规口头早产儿出院指导,干预组39例在接受医院常规口头出院指导的基础上,在早产儿出院时给予详细的书面出院教育,发放教育手册并给予出院后电话指导,在产后6周使用产后社会支持量表和爱丁堡产后抑郁量表比较两组产妇社会支持度和产后抑郁的发生率。结果两组信息支持得分的差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),两组产后6周产后抑郁发生率的差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论书面出院教育可有效增加早产产妇的信息支持,减少产后抑郁的发生。
Objective To study the effect of discharge education in written form on social support and postpartum depression in mothers of premature infants. Methods 37 mothers of premature infants from November to December 2005 were assigned to control group and 39 from January to February 2006 to intervention group. Mothers in the intervention group received detailed discharge edu- cation in written form and discharge telephone guidance besides the routine care while the 37 controls only received the routine care. Social support and postpartum depression in two groups were assessed by Postpartum Social Support Questionnaire and Edinburgh Postnatal Depression Scale (EPDS) at the 6th week after delivery. Results Score of informational support of intervention group was significantly higher than that of control group (P〈0.05) and rate of postpartum depression was significantly lower 6 weeks after delivery (P〈0.05). Conclusion Discharge education in written could increase informational support and relieve postpartum depression in mothers of premature infants.
