摘要
毛泽东认为统筹兼顾是一门领导艺术,是正确处理人民内部矛盾的基本手段,是“两点论”与“重点论”的有机统一。毛泽东的统筹兼顾思想对我国的和谐社会建设具有很强的指导意义。因为,构建和谐社会必须统筹兼顾各方面的利益关系,正确处理人民内部矛盾,必须统筹兼顾公平与效率,必须统筹兼顾城乡发展,重点解决“三农问题”。
MAO Ze-Dong insists that making overall plans and taking all factors into consideration is not only a kind of leading art but also a kind of basic means by which the contradictions inside Chinese people will be solved properly. He also thinks that it is an organic unification of deuce theory and pivot theory. MAO Ze-dong＇s idea of making overall plans and taking all factors into consideration is of great importance in guiding the construction of socialist harmonious society in China, because to build a socialist harmonious society, it is essential for us to make overall plans and take the benefits of various social groups, equity and efficiency, the development of cities and countries into consideration, and to deal with the inside contradiction of people.
