摘要
传统饮食活动是壮族民族文化的重要组成部分,当前较少对某一特定地区壮民族传统饮食的研究。本文以广西崇左壮族为对象,从传统饮食风情这一角度对崇左壮族进行调查研究,主要内容包括崇左壮族传统饮食分说和崇左壮族传统饮食文化两部分。试图挖掘民族地区传统文化。
Traditional dietary activities are a most important part of Zhuang nationality culture. In order to detect the traditional cultures of minorities and inherit and carry on Zhuang＇s cultural tradition, this paper studies the traditional dietary customs of Zhuang nationality in Chongzuo through literature-method and research-method. The main contents include classification and the cultural meanings of them.
