全氟甲烷(CF_4)饱和蒸气压在139.53 K^217.53 K温度范围内的实验 被引量:2

摘要 在温度范围139.53 K^217.53 K内,采用自行设计的循环法实验装置精确测量了30组CF4(R14)的饱和蒸气压实验数据,并且运用W agner方程和另一种W agner型方程对实验数据进行了拟合。对计算值与实验数据进行了偏差分析,结果显示两种方程的计算值非常接近,与实验数据拟合地较好,从而得到以上温度范围内的CF4饱和蒸气压方程。 Thirty vapor pressure data points of tetrafluoromethane were measured over a temperature range from 139.53 K to 217.53 K. A self-made recircuahion-method apparatus was used in this measurement. The measured saturated vapor pressure data were correlated by the Wagner and another Wagner-type vapor pressure equations. The calculated results agreed well with the experimental data according to deviation analysis. Therefore, vapor pressure equations for tetrafluoromethane were built over the desired temperature range.
