摘要
本实验应用MEC-12B型多功能微机电化学分析仪,采用方波电压伏安法和差分脉冲电压伏安法,以悬汞电极为工作电极,对测定水样中的镉选用何种底液以及多少通氮时间、静置时间、扫描电压有较好的线性结果进行研究.结果表明:在0.01moL/LKI和0.01moL/LNH3-NH4Cl以1:1混合溶液作底液,通氮5分钟,方波电压伏安法静置2分钟,扫描电压为-0.5v~0.1v时,差分脉冲电压伏安法静置4分钟,扫描电压为-0.6v~0.2v时,效果最好.在此条件下Cd2+(10-11–10-9moL/L)之间与峰电流有较好的线性关系.
The paper :introduces the condition: of determining the concentration of cadmium by the model MEC-12B Multi-function Microcomputer Electrochemical Analyzer, which uses hanging mercury electrode as work electrode and the method of Square Wave Voltammetry and Differential Pulse Voltammetry: The result is in the mixture of potassiumiodine and Ammonia-Ammonia chcoride buffer solution whose concentration is 0.01molarity, and we should let Nitrogen through the mixture for 5 minutes and keep the mixture still for 2 minutes or 4 minutes, and the concentration of cadmiumion from 10^-11-10^-9 molarity with the peak circulation fit a better line.
