摘要 目的探讨胆红素对急性肺损伤(ALI)大鼠的抗氧化指标和肺血管内皮细胞间黏附分子1(ICAM-1)表达的影响。方法雄性Wistar大鼠30只,随机分为对照组、ALI模型组、胆红素干预组。检测肺组织超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、脂质过氧化产物丙二醛(MDA)、谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-Px)含量变化;测定肺血管内皮ICAM-1 mRNA的表达。结果ALI模型组MDA和ICAM-1 mRNA显著高于对照组(分别为P<0.01和P<0.001),而SOD和GSH-Px明显低于对照组(均为P<0.01)。胆红素干预组MDA和ICAM-1 mRNA明显低于ALI模型组(均为P<0.01),而SOD和GSH-Px显著高于ALI模型组(分别为P<0.01和P<0.05)。结论胆红素通过抗氧化作用和抑制ICAM-1 mRNA的表达对抗ALI。 Objective To investigate the effect of bilirubin on acute lung injury (ALI) of oxidative/antioxidative parameters and ICAM-1 mRNA expression in pulmonary vascular endothelial cells. Methods Thirty male Wistar rats were randomly divided into three groups: control group, ALI model group and pre-treatment bilirubin group. Oxidative/antioxidative parameters and ICAM-1 mRNA expression were determ/ned. Results In ALI model group,MDA content and ICAM-1 mRNA expression in pulmonary vascular endothelial cells were significantly higher than those in control group(P 〈 0.01 and P 〈 0. 001 ), but the level of SOD and GSH-Px were significantly lower than those in control group (P〈0.01). In pre-treatment bilirubin group, MDA content and ICAM-1 mRNA expression were significantly lower than those in ALI model group(P〈0.01 ,P〈0. 001) ,but the activities of SOD and the content of GSH-Px were significantly higher than those in ALI model group(P 〈 0.01, P 〈 0.05). Conclusion Bilirubin might significantly alleviate the degree of ALI by antioxidation and inhibit excess production of ICAM-1 mRNA.
